Zeta seeks Taekwondo Instructors in New York to lead structured, developmentally appropriate Taekwondo instruction across our elementary and middle schools, with a path to our new high school. You will foster self-confidence, discipline, and respect while engaging families and the broader school community.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree and have 1–2+ years of coaching or teaching experience, with a commitment to equity and student growth.

Responsibilities

• Execute a bold vision of excellence in Taekwondo, designing structured, developmentally appropriate instruction.
• Build a positive, inclusive learning environment and foster a love for Taekwondo.
• Use data and progress benchmarks to monitor growth and refine instruction.
• Develop authentic relationships with students and families to support growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues and engage in ongoing professional learning.
• Contribute to whole-school initiatives and integrate martial arts into the student experience.
• Lead a high-quality after-school Taekwondo program for demonstrations and competitions.
