Responsibilities

Run and defend real experiments with instrumentation and controls.
Design and fabricate sensing instrumentation and rigs.
Characterize test benches and quantify hysteresis, drift, and resolution.
Benchmark sensing modalities across multiple transduction methods.
Build calibration as a system with transfer functions and temperature compensation.
Define tactile data representation and data delivery alongside video, pose and action.
