Job summary

Project Enhancement Corporation (PEC) in Fort Smith, AR, is seeking an experienced training specialist to support DOE and contractor personnel. You will serve as an adjunct member of the OST training staff, deliver training programs, and manage duties such as range safety and live-fire exercise support.

The role requires security clearance eligibility and the ability to travel to CONUS locations. Ideal candidates have strong communication, organizational skills, and a background in law

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must master at least 4 of the listed skills (see above).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Willingness to work with customers in a dynamic environment and long hours.
• Maintain physical fitness to perform tasks and travel to CONUS locations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as adjunct member of the OST training staff for DOE and contractor personnel.
• Provide training support; workload 100–1000 hours/year.
• Serve as Range Safety Officer or Assistant Instructor during weapons qualifications.
• Act as OPFOR and exercise controller during training events.
• Complete mandatory training and participate in tests.
