Qualifications

• 4-12 years of experience (additional experience may substitute for degree).
• Experience supporting high‑value target analysis databases.
• Deep understanding of the TSO mission and Mode certification process.

Responsibilities

• Train and certify personnel across Mode 1, 2, and 3 operations.
• Deliver high‑quality instruction through initial and recertification courses.
• Develop and maintain CMCT curriculum and POI‑aligned training materials.

Skills

Aircrew background with SIGINT system operation experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and within a dynamic team environment
