Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of documented experience in tactical training or related fields.
• Current certification in at least two recognized martial arts or combat systems.
• Military or law enforcement background preferred and CPR/First Aid cert.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive self-defense curricula across disciplines.
• Conduct individual and group training for diverse audiences.
• Adapt training for skill levels from beginner to advanced operators.
• Develop scenario-based exercises simulating real-world threats.
• Provide hands-on instruction and assess student progress via practicals.
