United Defense Tactical seeks a highly qualified Tactical Self Defense Instructor for its Summerlin facility. The role delivers comprehensive self-defense training to civilian members, designing curricula across hand-to-hand combat, weapons retention, situational awareness, and de-escalation.

You will conduct individual and group sessions, tailor methods to varied skill levels, maintain training records, and ensure safety standards are met while supporting certification programs and ongoing

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of tactical training or related instruction.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Ability to teach diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive self-defense curricula across hand-to-hand combat, weapons retention, situational awareness and de-escalation.
• Conduct individual and group training sessions for diverse audiences.
• Adapt training methods to varied skill levels from beginner to advanced.
• Develop scenario-based training exercises that simulate real-world threats.
• Provide hands-on instruction and assessments in multiple disciplines.
• Maintain training records and progress reports for all students.
• Ensure training activities comply with safety protocols and industry standards.
• Collaborate with program directors to improve training materials.
