GardaWorld Security Services U.S. in Tracy, CA is hiring a Tactical Security Officer/Supervisor. You will patrol diverse environments, read environments for risk, and act decisively to protect people and property.

The role requires authorization to work in the U.S., a HS diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of security experience. CCTV and warehouse experience are valued; first aid helps. You will wear a GardaWorld uniform and may pursue BSIS training during hiring.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of security experience required.
• CCTV experience preferred.
• 1 year warehouse experience preferred.
• First aid certification is an asset.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• BSIS Guard Card and 32hr security trainings can be obtained during hiring.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas and spot suspicious activity.
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check alarms and cameras for proper functioning.
• Document incidents and actions taken.

As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

What’s in it for you:

• Site Location: Tracy, CA

  • Security Officer - Tuesday - Thursday, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm
  
  
  • Supervisor - Friday - Saturday, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Responsibilities of Tactical Security Guard

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity

Qualifications of Tactical Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.


• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED


• One year of security experience is required


• One year of CCTV preferred


• One year of warehouse experience is preferred


• Intermediate skillsin Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, & Outlook)


• First aid certification is an asset


• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift


• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!


• You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and an additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security training can be obtained during the hiring process)
