GardaWorld Security is seeking a Tactical Security Officer/Supervisor to patrol diverse environments including retail, airports, and detention centers. The role emphasizes environmental assessment, risk anticipation, and decisive action throughout shifts.

Responsibilities include access control, incident documentation, alarm checks, and collaboration with law enforcement. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 1 year of security experience, and a valid BSIS Guard Card.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. with BSIS license
• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of security experience; CCTV experience preferred; warehouse experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

As a Security Officer - Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

What’s In It For You

• Site Location: Tracy, CA
• Set schedule: 40 hours per week,
  • Admin - Tuesday - Thursday, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm
  • Supervisor - Friday - Saturday, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm
• Competitive hourly wage of $22 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Qualifications Of Tactical Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• One year of security experience is required
• One year of CCTV preferred
• One year of warehouse experience is preferred
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!
• You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and an additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security training can be obtained during the hiring process)
