Job summary

GardaWorld Security is seeking a Tactical Security Officer in Pleasanton, CA. You will patrol sites, verify identities, and respond quickly to incidents to protect people and property.

Qualified candidates will be authorized to work in the U.S., have a HS diploma or GED, a CA driver’s license, and a BSIS Guard Card with required training. Uniforms are provided; benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. (valid status)
• 3–6 months security experience; customer service preferred
• Valid CA Driver's License required
• 21 years of age or older
• First aid certification is an asset
• Must be able to stand and walk the entire shift
• BSIS Guard Card with 32hr training; additional training offered during hiring

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check alarms and cameras for proper functioning
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure safety of people and property
