Job summary

GardaWorld Security is seeking a Premier Tactical Security Officer for Oakland, CA. The role is full-time (40 hrs/week) with a $34/hour wage, benefits, and uniform provided. You patrol diverse environments, respond rapidly to incidents, and prepare detailed reports to support safety and compliance.

A BSIS Guard Card and multiple permits are required along with 5+ years of security experience. Ideal candidates read environments well, anticipate risk, and act decisively.

Qualifications

• Five years of security experience.
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and 32hr trainings.
• Must be 21+ years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have baton permit, OC spray permit and handcuff permit.
• Include up-to-date security resume.

Responsibilities

• Observe and survey the area; report activity at the location.
• Move actively; patrol indoor/outdoor environments.
• Provide rapid response in critical situations.
• Read and write detailed incident reports.
• Enforce procedures and standards; detain when needed.
• Collaborate with law enforcement on serious incidents.
