GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Tactical Security Officer with a flexible schedule in California. The role involves patrolling diverse sites across Silicon Valley, reading environments, reporting incidents, and responding rapidly to threats to protect people and property.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of security experience, a BSIS Guard Card and related permits, and can work at multiple sites including retail, airports, and facilities.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of security experience.
• Must be 21+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• BSIS Guard Card and 32-hour BSIS trainings.
• Baton, OC spray, and handcuff permits.
• Willing to commute to multiple Silicon Valley sites.
• Ability to stand and walk long periods; good reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report activity at assigned locations.
• Patrol indoor/outdoor areas; respond to incidents.
• Detain and search per procedures.
• Document detailed incident reports.
• Coordinate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure safety of people and property.
