GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Tactical Security Officer in Austin, TX to patrol retail environments, airports, and other facilities. You will rely on sharp observation, rapid assessment, and clear reporting to keep people and property safe.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 21+ years old or older as required by law
• Pass background and drug screening
• High School Diploma or GED
• Extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Stand and walk for the entire shift
• Professional and well groomed
• Outdoor work environment
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience required
• Texas Security License or ability to obtain one
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check alarms and cameras for proper function
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement in serious incidents
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property
