Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services of California, Inc. is seeking a Tactical Security Guard - Retail to patrol retail locations, airports, and other sites. You will read environments, anticipate risks, and respond swiftly to incidents while communicating clearly through detailed reporting.

The role requires five years of security experience, BSIS Guard Card, and permits for baton, OC spray, and handcuffs. Attractive shifts and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of security experience required.
• 21+ years of age required.
• BSIS Guard Card and 32hr trainings required.
• Batons, OC spray, and handcuff permits required.

Responsibilities

• Observe, survey the area and report activity.
• Work indoors/outdoors in varied environments.
• Provide rapid response to critical situations.
• Prepare detailed reports on incidents and actions taken.
• Enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
• Detain and search when necessary.
• Respond to alarms and coordinate with law enforcement.
• Protect the safety and property of individuals and assets.
