Job summary

Professional Solutions1, LLC (ProSol) seeks a Tactical Radio Instructor to provide on-site instructional support for MCCIS. You will teach and assess students across CNS, SATCOM, SPEED and related courses, ensuring readiness for industry certifications.

Responsibilities include curriculum feedback, after-action reports, and coordinating with MCCIS staff. Travel up to 35% is expected, with work mainly in a classroom/office setting and core hours 8:00 am–4:00 pm.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience delivering technical instruction.
• Experience with tactical radio equipment listed above.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site instruction and hands-on practice for cert exams.
• Deliver courses including NET and Sustainment Training.
• Support MCCIS instructional services and curriculum updates.
• Maintain professional appearance and classroom setup.
