Job summary

ProTeam Tactical Performance seeks a Tactical Physical Therapist to provide on-site injury care for Oklahoma City public safety personnel. The role focuses on orthopedic rehabilitation, work‑comp coordination, and prevention education, in close collaboration with an on‑site performance coach and clinical team.

You will educate patients, progress individualized rehab plans, and support duty readiness with timely documentation and outcomes reporting. This is an on-site, team-based position.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Minimum of 3 years of outpatient orthopaedic and/or sports medicine experience.
• Current Oklahoma physical therapy license or eligibility to obtain before start date.
• Experience with high-demand populations and tactical athletes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site evaluation, treatment, and rehab for work-related and public safety injuries.
• Conduct functional duty assessments and return-to-work recommendations.
• Collaborate with on-site strength & conditioning for seamless rehab to performance transition.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other providers to ensure timely, compliant care.
• Document encounters in EMR and report outcomes to leadership.
