Advanced Technology Leaders, Inc. seeks a Tactical Power Generation Specialist (91D) Instructor to provide performance-oriented training at Fort Lee, VA.

The role includes classroom instruction, demonstrations, and practical exercises, with responsibilities for simulation/virtual training and field exercises, as well as testing, planning, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has CFDIC/ISCC within 5 years, BB 101 instructor training within 3 years, MOS/ASI technical certification, and a

Qualifications

• CFDIC or equivalent within last 5 years plus TRADOC IMT ISCC; refresher if outside 5 years.
• BB 101 Instructor Training within 3 years of instruction.
• MOS and ASI-specific technical training and certification.
• Minimum 3 years in technical/tactical training in the MOS.
• Minimum 3 years teaching, developing or reviewing course materials.
• Knowledge of regulations and doctrine for the MOS.
• Able to pass hands-on and written tests per SOP.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Deliver training including classroom, discussions, demonstrations and practical exercises.
• Manage simulations/virtual training and field exercises; test and plan training; conduct remedial assistance and course administration.
• Revise Programs of Instruction and lesson plans to reflect current training strategies; maintain equipment and training environments.
• Record academic counseling and complete PMCS and fault entries.
