Job summary

Exos is hiring a Mindfulness Coach to support Airmen of the Contingency Response Wing with holistic health and cognitive resilience. You will deliver mindfulness coaching, conduct holistic evaluations, and integrate evidence-based education and cognitive training in dynamic, tactical environments.

Ideal candidates hold a psychology or counseling degree with NBCC NCC accreditation, plus at least two years of experience and the ability to obtain a Secret level clearance.

Responsibilities

## Mindfulness CoachApply: Fairfield, CA: Full time: Posted Today: 26-1782**Job Summary:**Exos is hiring a Mindfulness Coach to provide Holistic Health and Fitness (HHF) support to Airmen assigned to the Contingency Response Wing (CRW). This is a great opportunity to gain valuable resume building experience in a tactical setting while working with Airmen to improve cognitive resilience, decision-making under stress, and fatigue management. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
