Job summary

CACI is seeking an ISSE to support US Army modernization, embedding security-by-design across hybrid cloud/on-prem architectures. You will work with program managers and engineers to fortify the system against evolving threats and ensure a robust security posture.

The role emphasizes secure architecture, Zero Trust, and automated security controls within CI/CD, plus collaboration with DevSecOps and vulnerability management teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 6 years substitutable for degree.
• 5 years hands-on engineering experience in cybersecurity or secure systems design.
• DoD 8140/8570 IASAE Level II certification (CASP+, CISSP, or CSSLP).

Responsibilities

• Partner with program leads to implement cybersecurity strategy.
• Develop and maintain program cybersecurity documentation (PPP, CSS, SSP).
• Contribute to secure hybrid cloud and on-prem architectures with Zero Trust.
• Promote secure software engineering practices within CI/CD pipelines.
• Coordinate vulnerability management and remediation activities.
