US Patriot Tactical seeks a Retail Sales Associate to help soldiers and airmen find top brands like Nike, Oakley and Under Armour. You will engage on the sales floor, process transactions, answer inquiries and assist customers in choosing suitable products.

Starting rate is $17.75/hour. You will upsell, set up displays, replenish stock, and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment across multiple locations.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Friendly, outgoing and helpful demeanor.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus; training provided.
• Able to work with minimal supervision in high-pressure situations.
• Able to stand for the full shift and handle merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work flexible shifts, 7 days a week.

Responsabilidades

• Greet every customer promptly and in a timely manner, and be alert and responsive to all customer needs.
• Answer customers’ inquiries on price, quality, fabric type, specifications and usability of merchandise.
• Upsell customers on other products and recommend add-ons.
• Set up advertising displays, arrange merchandise to promote sales.
• Replenish merchandise and monitor floor stock for availability.
• Maintain a clean and orderly store at all times.
• Complete paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Provide information regarding contract specifications and products.
• Handle irate customers professionally and courteously.
• Assist with answering product questions over the phone.
• Collaborate with retail teams to meet customer needs with accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and practices.
