Job summary

The Tactical Data Link Engineer at i3 in Huntsville, AL will support the IBCS program as the liaison for Link 16 and assist a motivated development team. Located on-site in Huntsville, you will troubleshoot, configure VMs, and coordinate with software teams.

Required are 7+ years in military and C4ISR, DoD clearance eligibility, and Security+ or equivalent. You will engage in Agile sprints and maintain documentation using JIRA and Confluence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of military experience.
• 7+ years in C4ISR DoD systems.
• Knowledge of ADSI, AMDWS with integration/installation.
• Ability to obtain/maintain DoD clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Security+ certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues across multiple systems with software teams.
• Assess C4ISR architecture performance to support actions.
• Prioritize work, work independently with minimal supervision.
• Perform sprint tasks in an Agile environment.
• Integrate and configure virtual machines and software updates.
• Use JIRA and Confluence to track objectives and document.
• Other duties as assigned.
