Job summary

Chartis Federal is seeking a Project Support Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist TACCOM O&M engineering and program controls. You will coordinate planning, schedules, dashboards, and serve as a Government-facing point of contact for planning, execution, and issue resolution.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of project management experience, hands-on experience with tactical communications (P25), PMI PMP certification, and a proven ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders in

Qualifications

• Specific knowledge of tactical communications system implementation.
• P25 digital, encrypted, interoperable systems experience in federal context.
• PMI Project Management Professional certification in good standing.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience.
• Ability to plan, schedule, staff, and coordinate large-scale technical projects.
• Experience developing program dashboards, schedules, reports, and executive-level briefings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee TACCOM engineering, modernization, operations, and maintenance projects.
• Plan, schedule, staff, and coordinate large-scale technical efforts.
• Serve as point of contact for ICE regarding planning, design, execution, services, status, and issues.
• Assist with contracts management, reporting requirements, leadership liaison, and communications.
• Develop and maintain program dashboards, schedules, and documentation.
