Job summary

RAVN Aerospace is seeking former military pilots to continue flying tactical jets in support of demanding missions. This part-time position is based on-site in Houston, with potential travel to San Antonio, El-Palo or other OL locations, and offers the opportunity to remain connected to the defense mission and train U.S.

military personnel. You will join a mission-focused flight operations team, maintain required qualifications, and ensure safety and compliance while contributing to adversary

Qualifications

• Former military pilot with tactical aviation experience.
• Commitment to safety, professionalism, and mission accomplishment.
• Ability to operate in a disciplined, team-oriented flight operations environment.
• Maintain required qualifications, medicals, training, and currency for assigned aircraft and missions.
• Compliance with company procedures, contracts, and applicable regulations.
• Availability to support schedules including travel and irregular hours.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances and airport credentials.

Responsibilities

• Support adversary air and contracted close air support missions.
• Participate in research, development, test & evaluation, and flight training programs.
• Provide operational test support and contribute to aircraft development programs.
• Maintain high standards of precision, professionalism, and mission focus during sorties.
