Job summary

Exos Partners, LLC is hiring an Athletic Trainer to provide Holistic Health and Fitness support to Airmen assigned to the Contingency Response Wing (CRW). You will work with a multi-disciplinary performance team to improve physical readiness and reduce injuries in a tactical environment.

Responsibilities include musculoskeletal evaluations, injury prevention guidance, documentation, and collaboration with HHF teammates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Athletic Trainer certified through an accredited organization.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in athletic training.
• Current Secret security clearance (T3 background investigation).

Responsibilities

• Conduct musculoskeletal evaluations to assess function and injury risk.
• Provide instruction to prevent injuries and enhance conditioning.
• Participate in meetings to review clinical care for Airmen.
• Ensure safe and effective operation of clinical equipment.
• Collaborate within HHF team to strengthen performance solutions.
• Document work and data in approved electronic systems.
