Job summary

Exos is hiring an Athletic Trainer in Fairfield, CA to provide Holistic Health and Fitness support to Airmen of the Contingency Response Wing. You will join a multi-disciplinary performance team to evaluate musculoskeletal function, guide injury prevention, and enhance physical conditioning in a tactical setting.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, ATC certification, and at least five years of experience, with the ability to travel in government vehicles and obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Athletic Trainer certification from an accredited organization.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in athletic training.
• Secret security clearance (T3) or ability to obtain.
• Preferred: degree in sport psychology or related sub-disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical evaluations to assess musculoskeletal function and injury risk.
• Provide instruction to prevent injuries and enhance conditioning.
• Participate in periodic meetings to review clinical care.
• Ensure safe operation of clinical equipment.
• Collaborate within the HHF team to improve performance solutions.
• Document work and performance data in approved electronic record systems.
• Perform clinical and administrative tasks as assigned.
