Job summary

PrideStaff is recruiting Temporary Warehouse Associates for Tacoma facilities. You will help manage inventory, prep orders, and maintain an organized warehouse environment. The role is fast-paced, safety-conscious, and requires accuracy and efficiency.

We value dependability, teamwork, and the ability to follow RF scans and WMS instructions. Training is provided, with day, evening, and weekend shifts available and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics is preferred; training provided.
• Familiarity with RF scanners or basic inventory software is a major plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Reliable and punctual with strong time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment & Shipping: pull items based on customer orders using RF scanners and WMS.
• Picking & Packing: pack, label, wrap, and flat-pack goods for outbound shipment.
• Staging & Loading: stage packing lists and load outbound trucks efficiently.
• Receiving & Inventory: unload, verify manifests, inspect for damage, and conduct stock checks.
• Material Handling & Safety: operate hand trucks and pallet jacks; maintain a clean, safe workspace.
