Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for a direct hire, full-time role in Tacoma, WA. You will support receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, shipping, returns and general warehouse duties in a fast-paced distribution environment.

This position emphasizes accuracy, safety, teamwork, and productivity, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and potential overtime based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Ability to learn and follow established warehouse procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with inventory records.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, sort, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
• Organize, stage, store, and put away inventory.
• Pull, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Process returns and restock as needed.
• Maintain accurate receiving, inventory, and shipping records.
• Follow safety and productivity procedures while keeping area clean.
