Taco Tempo in Lake Nona Town Center is seeking a friendly Server Assistant/Food Runner for our outdoor dining team. You will deliver orders quickly, engage with guests, and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality or customer service experience, a strong sense of urgency, and teamwork. You’ll thrive in a busy, high-energy setting and help create memorable guest experiences for every table.

Overview

Taco Tempo is a vibrant, Mexican-inspired food and drink destination located in the heart of Lake Nona Town Center. Known for its energetic atmosphere, bold flavors, and social vibe, we are the go-to spot for golden hour gatherings, late-night bites, and unforgettable nights out with friends.

The Server Assistant/Food Runner plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring food is delivered quickly, accurately, and with great energy. This is a fast-paced, guest-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a lively, social, outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders promptly and accurately to guests in a high-energy setting

Requirements

• Must be available to work Thursday through Saturday (required)
• Must be comfortable working outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously during shifts
• Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write basic English
