Job summary

Taco Bell in Fountain, CO is seeking a Shift Manager with a passion for leading teams and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise crew members, uphold food safety standards, and ensure clean, efficient operations during every shift.

With at least one year of supervisory experience in quick service or retail, you will mentor staff, manage shift workflows, and contribute to a positive culture that supports growth and excellent guest experiences.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Compensation

Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process. The expected starting compensation ranges for new hires in this position is $16.31 per hour - $17.31 per hour.
