Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead to keep the store running smoothly by supporting team members, assisting customers, and helping oversee shift operations.

You will lead by example, provide friendly service, ensure food quality and speed, maintain a clean environment, and assist with training, inventory, cash handling, and daily operations. Flexible schedule and 18+ required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (or older where required by law).
• Experience in food service or retail preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and support a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for extended periods.
