Job summary

Taco Bell in Shelby, OH is seeking a Shift Lead to help keep the store running smoothly during busy shifts.

You will lead by example, provide friendly, efficient service to guests, ensure food quality and speed, maintain a clean, organized environment, monitor shift flow, support training and coaching of team members, and assist with inventory and daily operations. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
