Job summary

Taco Bell in Bellevue, Ohio is hiring a Shift Lead to help keep the store running smoothly. You’ll lead by example, support team members during shifts, and ensure friendly, efficient service for guests while resolving issues as they arise.

You’ll monitor shift flow, help maintain food quality and speed of service, keep the store clean and well-stocked, assist with training, inventory, cash handling, and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Food service or retail experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
