Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Tacker B at our Lebanon, MO facility to stretch vinyl over boat furniture, staple it, and inspect finished work for quality. The role requires standing for long periods and using a steamer to smooth vinyl, with strict attention to production standards.

The position entails inspecting others’ work, fixing errors, and coordinating with the production team to meet deadlines, with full-time hours at our White River Marine Plant.

Qualifications

• Stretch vinyl over furniture.
• Use a steamer to remove wrinkles and smooth surfaces.
• Check own work for defects and fix errors as needed.
• Check others’ work and indicate corrections when necessary.
• Stand for long periods of time during production.
