Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Welder for Tracker Boats in Ozark, MO (White River Marine Plant) on 2nd shift. The Entry Welder will perform MIG welding on steel, follow prints, and maintain quality under takt time. Training provided with growth into independent task management.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; welding certification is preferred but not required. Expect a safety-focused environment with strong team collaboration and clean work practices.
