Colas Inc. is seeking an Asphalt Distributor / Tack Truck Driver in Brunswick, GA. The role involves operating the tack truck, assisting the crew, and maintaining equipment, with safety as a priority.

Requirements include a valid CDL (A or B) with tanker endorsement, a clean driving record, and a minimum age of 21. Prior construction equipment experience is preferred, with the ability to lift up to 45 pounds and work nights or weekends if needed.

Formación

• Valid Class A or B CDL (Tanker Endorsement) and good driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must adhere to all DOT and Reeves safety regulations.
• High school education, GED or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working in and around construction equipment.
• One or more years of experience in a similar field.
• Must be able to lift 45 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Operate the tack truck.
• Help the crew with shoveling and other tasks when tack truck is not in use.
• Keep truck maintained and clean.
• Heat tank prior to starting of work.
• Shoot tack on road within specifications.
• Set string line on edges of road if needed.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends if needed.
• Drive in a safe and consistent manner.
