Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Tablet Patrol in Raleigh, NC to provide reliable security coverage with fixed anchor shifts and the option to pick up additional shifts. The role offers a pay rate of $17.00 per hour and the potential for growth through training and advancement.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma, and be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening where permitted by law.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public at government facilities per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, and access points.
• Monitor access and maintain accurate activity and incident documentation.
• Provide directions and report security concerns to designated personnel.
