Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas is seeking a guest-focused restaurant server for on-site dining at the Vanderpump Hotel. The role requires delivering meals with precision, coordinating with the Captain and kitchen, and maintaining impeccable service standards throughout shifts.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of gourmet restaurant experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to lift 25–30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set all tables with glassware, china, flatware and centerpieces for dining.
• Retrieve completed orders from the kitchen.
• Serve meals to guests after approval by the Captain and after table prep is complete.
• Take food orders from the Captain to the kitchen and enter them into the computer system.
• Prepare and present guest checks; assist the Captain during service.
• Act as liaison between kitchen and Captain to fulfill kitchen instructions.
• Ensure all condiments and spices are available with meals.
• Be meticulously groomed and wear the provided uniform at all times.
• Complete sidework and maintain inventory of condiments.
• Present food and beverage checks to guests upon meal completion.
