Qualifications

• Grill/meat-cutting or churrasco experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Carry skewers of grilled meats throughout the dining room.
• Carve and serve meats tableside for guests.
• Communicate with guests regarding meat selections and temperatures.
• Maintain proper food safety, sanitation, and temperature standards.
• Keep grill and preparation areas clean and organized.
• Restock and prepare products for continued service.
• Collaborate with Gauchos, servers, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure smooth service.
