Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Business Intelligence & Reporting Analyst to support program reporting, data analysis, and dashboard development. You will develop Tableau dashboards, maintain reporting datasets, and ensure data quality across outputs.

The role requires strong technical abilities, analytical thinking, and excellent communication to engage stakeholders and present insights clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, technical, or related discipline required.
• Minimum 3 years of BI/analytics or reporting experience.
• Experience developing Tableau dashboards and analytical visuals.
• Experience writing SQL queries and working with relational databases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Design reusable reporting templates and interactive analytics for program reporting needs.
• Build data models and reporting datasets; support data extraction, transformation, and preparation in SSMS.
• Validate data quality and ensure reporting outputs are accurate and complete.
• Present dashboards and data findings to program leadership and stakeholders.
• Document reporting methodologies, data sources, and calculations; support knowledge transfer.
