Info Gain Consulting is seeking a Senior BI Analyst to support our DoD customer, contingent upon award. The role centers on designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports, translating complex requirements into actionable visuals that drive strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate has expertise with large datasets, a strong SQL and data modeling foundation, and a commitment to data quality, performance, and storytelling. DoD clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Current DoD Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in business analytics, computer science, information systems, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Tableau mastery (Desktop, Server, Prep); SQL and data modeling; performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Translate business needs into data solutions with stakeholders.
• Optimize dashboards for speed and scalability.
• Mine large datasets to uncover trends and insights.
• Mentor teammates and promote a data-driven culture.
• Ensure data accuracy through rigorous testing and validation.
• Extract, transform, and load data using SQL and other tools.
• Provide insights on visualization best practices and trends.
