Job summary

Mercury Marine, headquartered in Fond du Lac, WI, is seeking a Market Intelligence & Advanced Analytics Analyst to support the Sales team with Tableau dashboards, market analysis, KPI reporting, and stakeholder insights.

You will collaborate with Dealer/OEM groups, develop data sources, and present findings to senior leadership, leveraging AI and SQL-based data integration. A hybrid work setup and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Data Science/Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years work experience (including internships).
• Direct experience with Tableau development and SQL proficiency.
• Experience leveraging AI for development and/or delivering insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with key business groups to discover and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop, maintain, and improve Tableau dashboards for Sales, Product, and Marketing.
• Create, validate, and maintain Tableau data sources.
• Collaborate with data warehouse team to bring new data sources online in SQL Server.
• Develop innovative approaches to answering market questions.
• Leverage sales analytics to identify growth opportunities.
• Use KPIs to track progress related to strategic planning.
• Present crystallized analysis to senior sales leadership and key customers.
