Brunswick Corporation is seeking a Market Intelligence and Advanced Analytics analyst to grow data-driven decision making at Mercury Marine in Fond du Lac, WI. You will develop Tableau dashboards, analyze market data, report on KPIs, and communicate insights to stakeholders across Sales, Product and Marketing teams.

The role requires a strong foundation in data analytics, SQL, and Tableau, with collaboration across multiple business teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Data Science/Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of work experience (including internships).
• Experience with Tableau development including server, data source creation, parameters, LOD, Row Level Security.
• SQL proficiency including joins, subqueries, OLAP/window functions, INSERT/UPDATE/DELETE.
• Experience leveraging AI for development and/or delivering organizational insights.

The Market Intelligence and Advanced Analytics team is seeking an energetic candidate to support & grow data driven decision making at Mercury Marine at the company headquarters in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. This position requires curiosity, attention to detail, imagination, and excellent communication skills. The analyst will primarily support the Mercury Sales team by supporting Tableau dashboards, performing market analysis, developing and reporting on key KPIs, and communicating key insights to our stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Data Science/Analytics, Statistics, or related field
• 3-5 years work experience (includes internships, excluding classwork)
• Direct experience with Tableau development including
  • Tableau online / server
  • Data source creation
  • Parameter usage
  • Level of detail calculations
  • Row level security
• SQL proficiency including
  • Table joins
  • Subqueries
  • Partitions / OLAP / window functions
  • INSERT / UPDATE / DELETE
• Experience leveraging AI for development and/or delivering organizational insights
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Strong MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree or higher
• Economic modeling / econometrics
• Familiarity with analytical techniques such as:
  • Multiple regression modeling
  • Dimensionally reduction
  • Ensemble modeling
  • Time series modeling (ARIMA, exponential smoothing, etc.)
  • Machine learning (random forest, SVM, IAAL, etc.)
• Direct experience with

The anticipated pay range for this position is $73,600 - $106,200 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
