Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Tableau Developer for a six-month contract to modernize our People Analytics dashboards. You will build visually compelling, self-service analytics while ensuring security and governance across sensitive employee data.

This remote role supports a CST preference and will focus on expanding dashboard access with row-level security, optimizing data sources (Snowflake) and SQL queries, and collaborating with the People Analytics & security teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience building Tableau dashboards in a professional setting.
• Expertise in Tableau design, calculations, and performance optimization.
• Experience implementing row-level security in Tableau and basic SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead redesign and development of Tableau dashboards for users across the organization.
• Ensure performance, usability, and scalable analytics solutions.
• Implement and validate row-level security to control data access.
• Develop data sources and SQL queries, primarily with Snowflake, for dashboards.
