Synechron is seeking an experienced Tableau Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tableau, SQL, data modeling, and business intelligence solutions, along with the ability to transform complex data into meaningful insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in Tableau Development and Business Intelligence.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Cloud.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, or Teradata.
• Experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Understanding of Tableau features including Calculated Fields, Parameters, Actions, LOD Expressions, Dashboard Performance Optimization.
• Experience integrating Tableau with multiple data sources and knowledge of data governance and security.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, scorecards, and reports.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
• Create compelling visualizations and interactive dashboards to support business decisions.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Perform data validation, data quality checks, and troubleshooting.
• Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Publish and manage Tableau workbooks, data sources, and extracts on Tableau Server/Cloud.
• Monitor dashboard performance and implement enhancements for scalability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, data dictionaries, and report specifications.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and analytics requests.
