Innova Solutions seeks a Data Analyst to design dashboards on the Tracking platform, bridging data and decision-making. You will create customer-facing analytics with Tableau as the canvas and SQL as the toolkit to drive data-driven decisions.

The role requires 6+ years in data analytics, deep Tableau expertise, strong SQL, data modeling, ETL experience, and cloud platform familiarity. This is a full‑time position, with a contract duration of 6 months, located in Minneapolis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, CS, IS, or related field.
• 6+ years in Data Analytics or BI roles.
• Deep Tableau expertise and dashboard optimization.
• Strong SQL and data modeling knowledge.
• Experience with ETL, data integration, and large datasets.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Exposure to Git or version control is a plus.
