RADaR Analytics in Missouri is seeking a Data Visualization Analyst to transform raw data into clear, actionable narratives. The role centers on Tableau mastery, building interactive dashboards and architecting data models to power insights for clients.

You will work with client strategists to define KPIs, identify trends, and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A background in marketing analytics and strong data storytelling are highly valued, with hybrid work

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on data visualization experience.
• Deep Tableau experience with dashboards and LOD expressions.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication for presenting to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and maintenance of interactive Tableau dashboards.
• Clean and analyze data from multiple sources; write SQL queries.
• Translate findings into visuals and strategic recommendations.
• Gather requirements and define KPIs with stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes.
• Ensure data quality and validate dashboards.
• Provide ad-hoc data analysis to answer urgent questions.
