Job summary

InnoSoul in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Tableau Administrator/Developer to join the IT division on a hybrid basis. You will drive BI solutions, maintain Tableau Server, and develop dashboards and reports to support data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes centralizing Tableau best practices, training, and close collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver scalable analytics across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in BI software development and maintenance with at least 2 years Tableau experience.
• 1-3 years Tableau Server administration in an enterprise environment.
• Expert knowledge of Tableau development, practices, techniques, and standards.
• Familiarity with data management, SQL, SAAS, etc.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid role with ongoing configuration, maintenance and support of Tableau Server (approx. 25%).
• Lead centralized Tableau Center of Excellence, manage internal user group, and train staff.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver BI solutions and dashboards on Tableau.
