Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Tableau Cloud administration and support.
• Experience with Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, and design decisions.
• Experience with dashboards and enterprise reporting platforms.
• Strong SQL skills; experience with Azure SQL Database or similar relational databases.
• Experience with user management (roles, permissions, sharing rules).
• Ability to troubleshoot access, logic, environment management, and backups.

Responsibilities

• Administer Tableau Cloud sites, projects, users, groups, permissions, and security.
• Monitor platform health, data refreshes, subscriptions, and scheduled jobs.
• Troubleshoot Tableau performance and reporting issues.
• Support report developers, analysts, and business users.
• Deploy and promote reports to different environments.
• Support Azure SQL Database environments used for enterprise reporting.
• Investigate data issues and perform data validation.
