Job summary

A & T Systems, Inc. is seeking a Tableau Development Specialist to design and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop, Prep, and Server. You will align BI efforts with SOPs and ensure data solutions meet agency requirements.

The role emphasizes data modeling, ETL, and documenting solutions, with responsibilities including after-hours support and attendance at ITO meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, statistics, mathematics, economics, or related field.
• Three years of equivalent BI experience may substitute for the degree.
• Strong SQL and data modeling/ETL knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements for reporting.
• Follow Center of Excellence procedures for projects.
• Develop and maintain data models consistent with agency requirements and needs.
• Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of developed solutions and instructional procedures.
• Attendance at ITO meetings (as required).
• Regular status reporting of assigned tasks to MSP supervisor.
• After-hours support (as required).
• Other duties as assigned.
