Job summary

KeyBank National Association seeks a data analytics professional to design and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports for Compliance Risk Management. Based in Brooklyn, OH, this hybrid role focuses on risk monitoring, control testing analytics, and executive decision support.

You will work with multiple data sources and business teams to deliver scalable analytical solutions. You will build data models, maintain data accuracy, and optimize dashboards while supporting audits and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in IT/Systems, analytics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of data analysis and reporting experience.
• Strong SQL skills with complex joins and performance optimization.
• Experience with big data and data warehouses.
• Experience with banking data and analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Tableau dashboards, scorecards, and self-service reports for risk monitoring.
• Gather requirements from risk and business teams and translate into scalable analytical solutions.
• Analyze data to identify trends, outliers, and root causes for issues.
• Build data models and establish visualization standards for regulatory reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy through validation and reconciliation activities.
• Optimize Tableau workbooks for performance, usability, and scalability.
• Connect Tableau to SQL Server, cloud warehouses and data lakes; support automated reporting.
• Create technical docs, data dictionaries and user training materials.
