Job summary

KeyCorp is seeking a Risk Evaluation and Assurance Program analyst to design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions for regulatory compliance and risk oversight. The role focuses on turning complex data into actionable insights for executives and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong data visualization skills, experience with large datasets, and knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Systems or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of data analysis and reporting experience.
• Strong SQL skills with complex queries and optimization.
• Experience with big data and data warehouses.
• Understanding of banking products and transactional data.
• Autonomous, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports for risk monitoring.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate into solutions.
• Analyze data to identify trends, assess compliance, and root causes.
• Develop data models and visualization standards for regulatory reporting.
• Connect Tableau to SQL Server, data warehouses, and data lakes; optimize performance.
• Create documentation and training materials; support audits and inquiries.
